Architected a 4-agent pipeline with a Confidence-Weighted Iterative Refinement loop, reducing hallucinated citations by 40%. Engineered a hybrid retrieval system combining pgvector HNSW and BM25 ranking, improving top-5 recall by 25% over vector-only baseline. Served via async FastAPI with RESTful API design.
